Hello all,

Finally got my pin cask and beer engine setup all squared away. I brewed a simple English porter based off of a lot of Fuller’s London Porter clones I’ve seen here there and everywhere:

8lbs MO
1.5lbs brown malt
1lbs UK medium crystal
.75lbs UK chocolate malt
1oz challenger at 60
A09 pub

OG 1.048
FG: 1.012

I’ve “casked” in polypins but never with an actual pin so I’m curious if anyone has any experience with how long to condition this thing for?
 
Thanks for the reply! I think I’ll leave it 2 weeks in the cask, then tap, vent overnight and drink.
