Details:
At our restaurant, as soon as a large Sapporo bottle is consumed we put it through a rigorous process to achieve perfection. These are just as good as the commercial bottles sold for much more.
Below is the process:
1. Rinse bottle immediately.
2. Remove label completely and any residue
3. Place bottles in the dishwasher and use the sanitize setting with NO detergent.
4. Dry upside down to remove all residual water
5. Place in clean box, tape box, or fold in top to secure.
