Hey guys this might be my first all grain batch. Please share your thoughts whatever they may be.

Cascadian Dark Ale

10 lbs Organic 2 row malt
2 lb Briess organic C-60L (Caramel)
.5 lb Weyermann Dehusked Carafa II
.25 lb Midnight Wheat
.25 lb organic chocolate
1 lbs Flaked oats

1oz. Chinook hop pellets
1oz. Cascade hop
1oz. Summit hop
1oz. Ahtanum hop

White labs WLP001 California ale yeast

Looks good to me. If I were doing it I'd reduce the C-60L and increase both the Carafa II and the Midnight Wheat to 8 ounces each or so. But that's personal preference, I don't like so many sweet malts in my CDAs, I like them dry with a lighter body. Shoot for 55-85 IBUS.

Thank you for the suggestion I'll keep it in mind when I brew this bad boy up. I havent even thought of a name yet haha.
