I'm fairly new to brewing as a whole; have only bottled 3 5-gal batches.
I recently tried a hard cider recipe, bottled it, and now its conditioning. My questions are: can you use carbtabs on a cider to help control the carbonation? would you need to pasturize to kill off the yeast?
