I like priming sugar over carb tabs for the following reasons:you can control the carbonation easier by adjusting the grams of dextrose you use, you can use dried malt or other fermentables to modify the taste,you can use different size vessels for your beer without adjusting anything, cheaper, I found less sediment in my bottles.

I'm new, but I have bottled over 200 bottles in the past 6 weeks.
