Hello all,

I'm a newbie and I was wondering after your beer has spent 3-4 weeks in the primary and you rack it into a keg to carbinate at around 37deg.....will it age as it does in a bottle at around 65deg. From what I've read it seems like things get better with age.....will this happen in the keg also?

Yes, it'll age in the keg too. Depends on the brew, some ready quickly, others take months. 2-4 weeks in usually good window to start drinking after kegging.
