Dont know how many of you can but with canning systems getting more affordable it's likely more people will get into it. I have a nitro set up for my stouts . I love a stout on nitro but I found out bottling it doesnt work as the nitro just escapes. I started wondering how Firestone Walker packaged their Nitro Merlin Milk Stout without a widget. Didnt have to look real deep to find out about nitro dosing. I came across a pod cast that I thought was very interesting and thought I would share. Maybe I'm late to the party but if I could accomplish this it would be pretty cool and amazing. Never thought I would get into canning and I'm not gonna rush out and buy one but it is a future thought.
