These things normally run about $40 for a pack of 8. They're on sale right now for only $27. I've been waiting for a price drop to get some for my next kriek.

If you guys have costco in your area look for frozen pie cherries. I picked up 3 3.3lb bags at ~9ea. They are fresh frozen tart pie cherries from oregon, just took a sample from the kriek I threw it in and it is already much better than many of the commerical examples I have had.

puts them at exactly the same price ($0.235862069/oz, for those who care). only difference is that a $35 purchase gets you free shipping on AMZ, whereas Wally's requires a $50 spend.

For sure, I love prime shipping. But I've found it prudent to double check Amazon prices against other retailers. Some days I feel like I'm the test subject of all their A/B testing.
