Well just came across this 20"X20"X8" box that will be my control panel. I will need a little love but we have the technology to fix it!

I have a 50a 3v herms. It's too late now, but you are going to be surprised how much waste you are going to have with all that plumbing and 15 gallon kettles.

I think I have plumbed it to not have to much waste, I can push all the wort out with the sparge water from the HLT to MLT to the BK. The path from the BK to the plate chiller is pretty shortl, but I guess I really won't know until I flip the switch on!

Since this is my first build I expect to have to change some things around, If I didn't what else would i do as a hobby!
