My local supermarket had on offer 100% pure concentrated apple juice
it breaks down like this.....per 100ml

10.4g sugars
10.4g Carbohydrate
0.1g protein
0.1g fat
the rest are just traces of fibre/sodium/salt

is this ok to use for Apfelwien or will it need diluting with water and if so to what quantities, I plan on using 25 Litres of the juice?
Will I have to add additional sugars, I have brewing sugar and Lactose available to use.

come on you experts, I dont want to waste this opportunity!

Sounds like juice from concentrate. 10.4 gms/100 ml is 10.4 Brix or about 1.042 The frozen concentrate I have is 28 gms/60 ml or about 47 Brix.

Use it as you would fresh juice.

That's what I was thinking....

Is it Concentrated juice, or juice from concentrate? One word, very big difference.

Concentrated juice will have to be diluted, juice from concentrate will not.
Flavor? Probably good enough for what you want to do.

the exact wording on the carton is... '100% pure apple juice from concentrate'

I should treat this as normal strength apple juice me thinks????
