I'm currently fermenting a batch of hard lemonade which i used montrachet red wine yeast. I got this crazy idea to repitch a blonde ale on top of the used lemonade cake.
I'd probably leave roughly a half inch to an inch of fluid above the yeast cake then pour the blonde wort on top.
has anyone used a wine yeast to ferment a beer?
