can i bottle now

my brew was in the primary a week and the secondary two weeks. about two days ago bubbles picked up again and now they come every 23 seconds about. i hav to leave town for two weeks. can i bottle at 23 seconds?

Just leave it in the secondary - it sounds like you still have some yeast activity. Another two weeks isn't going to hurt anything. Get a hydrometer in order to tell for sure - when the hydrometer reading stops dropping (stays the same over the course of 3 days), you can bottle safely.

You cant bottle when tehre is any activity unless you want mini bombs.

What are you making? Whats your recipe? Is it a big beer?
