Can Bobby's assembled CO2 ball lock leg price be beaten by DIY?

Is there anything that beats Bobby's price ($9.99) for an assembled CO2 ball lock leg with CMB coupler? (brewhardware.com)

I was initially planning to make my own, but now that I've seen his listing I don't see a way to get DIY price near $9.99 without buying in bulk, it's just too good.
(CMB coupler, 2x flared swivel barbs, 2x flare washer, 2x oetiker clamps, 3 ft bevlex line)
