I saw a recipe on Jack Keller's site for calendula wine. I love the smell of calendula. And now I have a pound of dried petals courtesy of Amazon, only there are flower heads mixed in with the petals. I figure I'll pick out the heads, since his recipe only mentions the petals. Has anyone here made this? If so, how did it turn out?
