Cajun injector electric fryer update

OK here's an update from some one who actually uses the fryer.

It can and does boil 6.5 gallons for us. It is great for extract, partial mash, and biab up to about 1.065 og.

Update 4 brews in to using this. Still working great. Awesome for extract, partial mash, and medium to low og biab.
