I wanted to showcase the 4 C's on this recipe. Fantastic hop aroma coupled with a balanced bitterness makes this 8.5% alcohol IIPA a sneaky character. No "hot" alcohols what so ever. With a TON of late hops, the bitterness is very subtle. Low mash temps help dry this beer out and really showcases all those lovely hops. I netted exactly 5 gallons on this recipe.
