I've been using Bru'n water for a long time and have the supporters version. I recently got a new HERMS system and want to add all my salts to the mash instead of splitting them up. I check the box for add all to mash but am wondering.. Should I be aiming to hit the mash water profile for my target, or the overall finished profile? Since I'm adding all salts to the mash, these numbers end up different. I found some conflicting answers when I searched. Thinking this may have been the reason for some off-flavors in my last batch (first on this system). Thanks!
