So my job has brought me to the little town of Chilton, WI today. Home of briess malting. It smells amazing in this town. I cant help but just stand outside and take a long deep breath and enjoy. I wish I could pick up some fresh grain and go home and brew something!

My coworker left a few bags of grain in his car for a few days, and it was like malted grain heaven, I know the feeling!

I also have a friend in Burlington, love sitting on his porch and taking in the chocolate aroma that cloaks that town.

Chocolate city USA! My moms from Burlington and most of the family still lives there. On the right day, my wife says it smells like heaven.
