BMW has been my go-to for several years now because of their pricing, quality and service levels (Ed has been wonderful in the past). But this level of delay is just too long for me to deal with. My most recent order timeline:
-Friday, 4/19, 7am: placed the order online
-Thursday, 4/25, 1pm: hadn't heard anything, so I called them to ask about the status of the order. They said they were behind in getting to orders, and should fill my order on Monday (4/29)
-Thursday, 5/2, 8am: still haven't heard anything.
I'll reach back out to them again today, either to try and get an update or possibly at this point to just cancel my order (this will be the second nice weekend in a row I had hoped to be brewing but won't be). It's a shame, I always liked ordering from here in the past, and I hope they get things turned around.
