Hey guys,
I got a BB Wit kit as a gift. The kit includes Safbrew WB-06. Just wondering what yeast would work best with what I have on hand
Safbrew WB-06 (included with kit)
Safbrew T-58
Wyeast 1214 - Belgian Abbey
Wyeast 3068 - Weihenstephan Weizen
I know people will recommend some other yeast, and I'll surely give them a look next time I order some supplies.
