Hi there,
I'm considering giving the Brewers Best Imperial Blonde receipt kit a shot and notice something odd in the recipe. It mentions the dry yeast should be pitched by sprinkling and explicitly says NOT to re-hydrate the yeast.
Does anyone know why that is? Has anyone brewed this kit before?
