Hey guys,

I wanted to do a 90 Minute Imperial IPA so I modeled this using the MoreBeer! Pliny The Elder and my DFH 90 Minute as a very loose guideline for my recipe. Well here it is. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

7lbs Pale Liquid Extract
9oz Briess Amber Dry Extract
2lbs Briess Light Dry Extract at 20 Minutes
1.5lbs Corn Sugar at 10 Minutes
1oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
8oz Crystal 40L
9oz Victory Malt

2oz Cascade in the Steep
1.5oz Columbus for 60 Minutes
1oz Amarillo at 45 Minutes
.75oz Columbus at 30 Minutes
.75oz Columbus at 10 Minutes
1oz Amarillo at 5 Minutes
.25oz Columbus at 5 Minutes
.5oz Simcoe at 5 Minutes
1oz Simcoe at Flameout
1oz Amarillo at Flameout
.75oz Columbus at Flameout
1oz Amarillo Dry Hop for 7 Days
1.5oz Columbus Dry Hop for 7 Days
.5oz Simcoe Dry Hop for 7 Days

Estimated OG is 1.088 - 1.092 and FG of 1.016 - 1.021 (Beersmith and Hopville are different. Still getting Beersmith dialed in for extract) giving me 9.6% Alcohol with IBU's being right around 150(I am a hop head).

Whirlfloc at 5 Minutes.

I will be fermenting at 63 degrees with the appropriate amount of US-04 or US-05 yeast.

For grains I still have 12oz Honey Malt, 12oz Pale Chocolate Malt, 9oz Crystal 120l, 1lbs Crystal 15L and themn 9oz of Columbus. Let me know what you guys think!!
