I wish I liked bourbon. But one of my friends got me on good (18+ year old) scotch.

I know they are both whiskey/whisky. I keep trying. Not working.

What Scotch did your friend get you? I do like a good bourbon but I like a good Scotch even more.

That a**hole had me try several. Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, Glenmorgie (sp?), Glenrothes and one Islay I can't recall which brand. Most of those were 15/18+.

I call him an a**hole because I have tge taste of the good stuff. At least I don't go through a bottle more than once a year.

Currently working on a Glenlivet 18 SWMBO bought me for my bithday.

I believe it's Glenmorangie and it is some good stuff. If you can find Talisker 175 distillers edition it is fantastic also.
