So I bottled my rosé hip mean on Thursday. This morning I opened my closet and one of the bottles had shot the cork out. Before bottling i had not seen any signs of fermentation for about a month. What do I do? Do i uncork the bottles and put it back into a carboy?

I did three re racks and added bentonite to clear it twice and cold crashed it with the bentonite.

Closet next to a heat source? Or is room significantly warmer than it was prior to bottling? Heat will push out corks not to mention giving off flavors.
If that's not the case, it's possible that some yeast are still active in suspension. If so, it might be best to stabilize. Hopefully someone can chime in with the preferred fix, I haven't done it before but I would guess emptying carefully with respect to oxidation, then stabilizing and re-bottling.
