After sitting in secondary for three weeks, I put the carboy in a fridge for three days prior to bottling. On bottle day, I took the cold glass carboy (it was at about 45 degrees), transferred the brew to a bottling bucket which had the sugar mixture in it, and bottled as usual.
My concern is (being my first time cold crashing) that things won't ferment since it was in the fridge at that low a temp. When I capped the bottles, they were all cold and had a sweat on them. They're now in my basement which is about 62-65 degrees.
Will these condition/carbonate properly or did the yeast drop out from being in a 45 degree fridge for three days?
