I have started kegging my brew. Anyone see any problems with using my bottling bucket as a secondary if i need one?

Nope, I don't and have done it a coupole of times myself. Just make sure you clean/sanitize the spigot really good.

As for using a secondary, I'm assuming you have good reason.

Just thinking ahead if i need to dry hop/rack on top of something. I am placing an order soon/heading to my LHBS and was just curious.

I use bottling buckets for fermenters even. I just have to be sure to take the spigots apart and thoroughly clean and sanitize everything. They're great though. When it comes time to rack, you just hook up your siphon hose to spigot and transfer. It's really good for helping minimize splashing and oxidation.
