I'm entering NHC for the first time this year. I'm thing about entering a Belgian Strong Golden style ale I brewed a month ago but haven't packaged yet. I would normally bottle condition this type of beer in Belgian 750ml bottles and the smaller "Vinny" Russian River style bottles. I like to get around 4 to 4.25 volumes of CO2. I have both cork and cap style of both bottles. I also have kegs and a Blichmann BeerGun, which is how I bottle most normal carbonation level beer.

Specifically for NHC:

1. Can I use corks?
2. What kinds of bottles do people use to submitted highly carbonated beer?
3. Anyone use the "Vinny" bottles for NHC?
4. Should I bottle condition or is that frowned on at NHC?
5. Has anyone used a beer gun to bottle beer that was carbonated that high?
6. If so, how did it go? How long was your beer line?

Thanks for any input.

I decided to force carbonated the beer in a keg to 4.25 volumes. The only place I could find the "Vinnie" bottles was Northern Brewer, I'd rather not give them my money. I ended up buying 500ml bottles that accept caps from MoreBeer.
