About a month and a half ago I brewed my first beer. An Imperial Nut Brown from the Brewer's Best Kit series. I bottled the beer about a week ago. I stuck a bottle in the fridge Sunday and cracked her open Monday night. Happy 4th of July... The beer was amazing. I say hello to my new hobby.
On to my question. I plan to bottle condition much longer than one week. What type of changes should I expect to come from the bottle aging? After a few weeks at room temperature will the beer benefit from refrigeration?
