Hi all, Been living in China for about 11 years. Thanks to Covid I managed to perfect pizza, smoked and preserved meats. Since 2020 (2) is looking up to be another year of travel restrictions I decided to start brewing again after a long departure from the craft when I lived in the USA.
Anyway, 304 is pretty reasonable here and I think I'm getting ready to pick one or two styles, develop a recipe, and brew some beer :)
If anyone knows the darn thread size on those mini-kegs it would be useful to find a source of flange nuts so that I can use their various caps to do some pressure fermenting. Otherwise I'll just JB weld the cap onto my ferm lid.
The two with airlocks are hard cider and mead.
