If you get a kit with concentrated juice just make up the volume with raspberry juice. We crush our berries, put pectinase on them overnight and then squeeze the juice out of them to get about 2 gallons of juice and add them to a 3 gal port kit. The acid is going to be a little out of balance but with the port kits the nice thing is you are going to backsweeten anyway. We adjust the must SG to what the kit says they should start out at and use the SG readings for all the future additions. Add a little extra oak, some more nutrient to make up for the dilution. We did this with a black raspberry WE port kit and it is very good, also we have done elderberry plus port kit and blackberry plus port kit, the blackberry threw the acid levels around a bit but we just ended up backsweetening it a little more, we could have used less blackberry juice and gotten very good results also.
