Think my container was too small. This is what I woke up too. Good thing I used a blow off, otherwise I may be cleaning a lot more this morning.

That is lovely.

How about some details? What kind of beer were you fermenting and with what yeast? How much did you pitch?
 
The beer is a mini mash recipe of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, so a pretty high OG (can't remember the number off the top of my head).

Pitched two packets of Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale. Fermenting at 66 degrees.

Oh, and this is my last mini mash / extract brew. Finally going all grain next week! :ban::ban:
 
Sounds good. I tend to get big blowoffs on higher OG ales also, provided I pitch enough yeast.
