Ok I know just staring out you do some stuped things, well here goes mine.
Ive made only BB Kits so far, so today I went to the brew show to pick up the list of items for a brew I found on in the Recipe section

Blood Orange Belgain Wit
6 pounds Briess DME Wheat (60 minutes)
1/2 ounce (15g) East Kent Goldings hop pellets (60 minutes)
5 average sized blood oranges (In another pot)
1/2 ounce (15g) Saaz hop pellets (20 minutes)
1/2 ounce (15g) East Kent Goldings hop pellets (10 minutes)
1 oz Crushed Coriander (5 minutes)

Get home and brew up, during clean up and log book time I see I did not buy Briess DME Wheat, I used Briess Ext Light DME....I know I will get a beer out of it, but any Idea what this is going to tast like?

more of a spiced APA kinda... at least that is what it looks like to me... should still be good just might have a little less head retention. If you want the numbers I can plug it into beersmith for you.
