I'm in SW suburbs of Chicago.

Brewed maybe 15 batches on this system. "Cadillac" of all brewing equipment. I mostly brew 5-gallon batches but brewed a handful of double batches with my son on this. I converted the burner to natural gas but also have the propane hose/orifice.

Also, includes the Blichmann Brewvision. I love this, you can download your BeerSmith recipes to it (or type them in manually) and it will wirelessly alarm you when water is reaching temperature and when to add ingredients.

I use the included whirlpool arm to enhance chilling as well as control trub.

Only selling because my son now has his own brewing system and I want to downsize.
