I'm looking to put together an official BJCP Instructional Course for Educational Progression (BICEP) in the North Shore area.
The course would entail an overview of the BJCP, off-flavors in beer, reviewing different technical topics, and most importantly tasting and discussing different styles of beer.
The course will prepare aspiring judges to pass the online BJCP Entrance Exam. Then I will request the BJCP schedule a Beer Judging Examination, which is an in-person tasting exam.
So far I have 3-4 people in my homebrew club who are interested. If you are interested reply or inbox me.
