I want to brew a beer on my birthday but don't know what to brew. Any suggestion on what good beer to make?

You could try and match IBUs to how old you are going to be. That could give a starting point for a particular style.

Stouts are my favorite I just brewed a version of chocolate covered beaver nutz and it was amazing. Think it time to do some other style

I'm turning 24 so ibu covers a lot of styles

Something huge... 24lbs of grain. RIS maybe? Then you could party-gyle it to something with 24 IBU.
