I took advantage of the Midwest Supplies sale over the weekend if you order $100 or more you get a free Big Mouth Bubbler (plastic). I was making an order anyways so why not try one out for free.
When it arrived it was immediately clear there was a molding issue. At the top it was thick and strong plastic that i could not deform, the the bottom on one side it was extremely thin like a plastic bag easily deformed.
Has anyone else experienced this with plastic equipment?
Contacted Midwest 7:00 pm last night and they have a replacement on its way as of 9:00 am this morning. Great customer service!
