I'm getting ready to start 10 gal. BIAB batches. I have heard of using a step ladder with a pulley system to help with lifting the large grain bill. This sounds like it would be nice and portable. I haven't seen very many pics of this type of setup.

Does anyone have a good pic of setup like this?

While a ratcheting pulley system would likely work great...the weight involved isnt really that much at about 30 lbs for a 10 gal batch...simply wrapping the rope around the top of the ladder would work as well IMO. I just use a hook in the cieling with the rope wrapped once around it...lift the bag w/ one hand and cinch the rope w/ the other free hand...its really not that big a deal IMO.
