That might just be amazing! How do u know what size mesh would drain the wort and still hold all the grain?

That could work if you got the right size mesh. Kind of like those permanent coffee filters.

Probably pretty expensive.

I"m sure some homebrew supply shop has the specs on the opening sizes for their "fine" nylon mesh bags somewhere.

You could send the company a paint strainer bag and see if they have mesh that fine. The mesh on the strainer bags works good for BIAB.
