Hi all, I am considering picking up a beverage center to help control fermentation temps for my SS Brewbucket.

I'm sure there are advantages to using an Ink Bird but I was curious exactly what they were. What do you gain by using a temp controller versus the one in the fridge?

Pretty simple reason: most fridge thermostats do not have the upper range for fermentation...

Cheers!
The one I was looking at lists a range of 32-60.

So if I was ok fermenting at a max of 60, the fridge thermostat would be ok, but anything higher and I'd need the Ink Bird. Makes sense - thanks.
