Best type of 50L keg

What is the best type of 50L keg for kegging?
Which one is the easiest to open and sanitise?
Want to set up my home bar but want cleaning the kegs as simple as possible

They're all a pain to open and close, you have to break out the plasma torch and seal it with a tig welder!

The Miller/Heineken ones have a latch that's a pain to operate. Otherwise the rest are pretty much the same. There might be something said to go with one of the new plastic kegs, i'm just hypothesizing but maybe beerstone would stick less to it?
