Best turnkey system - 2 to 3 bbl

Hello all,

Assuming I hire a brewmaster that knows what he's doing, what is the best turnkey system for a start-up Microbrewery.

I have found two examples:

What is the typical end investment on something like this, around $20,000 or can it be done cheaper?

Not quite turnkey, but stout tanks has good vessels, you could pretty easily fit them with elements (they might even do it for you). I would imagine they could help you set up a system and their stuff looks well made.

Just remember the brewing system is just one component of a brewery. You also need fermentation vessels, bright tanks, kegs, and the list goes on and on.
