Yield was supposed to be 3 but came out to 2.5gallons

Grains
3lbs Pilsen
3lbs White Wheat
4oz Carapils
4oz Victory

Mash at 152F for 60 minutes

Omega-605 Lacto- Blend pitched directly onto cooled, unhopped wort.
My batch took 72 hrs to get to 3.3pH but pH is preference.

Once pH hit 3.3, 30 min boil:
4g Hull Melon @ 25mins
8g Hull Melon @ 5mins

Optional: Whirlfloc @ 15mins

Finish off with Voss Kveik yeast
