First off I know there is tons of info out there about this particular beer and even lots of info on a clone. But I've done a few ipas and I'm just curious from someone more experienced if this hop schedule looks like it would even get you close to Bells two hearted. Note this is supposed to be a 75 min boil according to the recipie.
Here is the recipe from bells.
Ingredients (for a 5-gallon batch):
10lb/160oz/4.5kg Briess Two-row Brewer's Malt (1.8L)
2.83lb/38oz/1.3kg Briess Pale Malt (3.5L)
.5lb/8oz/227g Briess Caramel (40L)
1.2oz/34g Centennial pellets @ 9.1%aa (45 min)
1.2oz/34g Centennial pellets @ 9.1%aa (30 min)
3.5oz/99g Centennial pellets @ 9.1%aa (Dry hop)
White Labs WLP001 California Ale Yeast or WLP051 California Ale V Yeast
Stats:
OG: 1.063
FG: 1.012
SRM: 10
IBU: 55
Thanks Jake
