So drawing up a belgian blond with 11# pils, 0.5# aromatic and 2# candi sugar clear. East kent goldings 1oz at 60 min and 1 oz at 10 min. Yeast is lellamand abbye ale 2 packets.
Mash at 150 with a mash out at 167. 60 min boil.
System is the Grainfather G30 110v
 
You don’t state the fermentation temperature, which is key. I’ve had good luck with Abbaye at about 70 F (but I don’t like an overbearing yeast character.)
