I just want to say that I have copied this recipe word for word from brew365.com.
However, I have tried this recipe and it works well, and is a great way for newer brewers to try a tasty all-grain recipe. This is also the first thing I brewed that people asked me, "you really brewed this yourself?" Please enjoy! And if anyone sees anything I missed, please let me know.
