Beersmith issues!

So I am having trouble finding these grains in Beersmith, I wanted to add them as an ingredient so I know I get the right stats but I don't know where to find the grain stat haha this is where I got them :http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/...r.com/shop/weyermann-dehusked-carafa-iii.html

Carafa III: I've got 1.032 potential in my Beersmith.

That is not the same Carafa III. That one has the husks.

What you want to do is in Beersmith (assuming you have 2.0), go to File->Add Ons...

Click "Add" then add Weyermann Malts. This has Carafa Special I, II, and III

For the Thomas Fawcett Pale, I added Thomas Fawcett malts, which doesn't have Pale Chocolate, but I used that Chocolate to create another grain with similar characteristics but lower color--like 215 Lovibond/SRM. I'm not sure if that's accurate or not in terms of potential extract, though.

I get an error from Norther Brewer site.

You have to put a space between each link you post or they come out looking like one link that won't work.

That is not the same Carafa III. That one has the husks

It's odd that Beersmith would preload the regular Carafa malts vs the specials. I have never seen anything but Carafa special with the suppliers I use.

I am pretty sure the regular Carafa malts predate the debittered/dehusked ones, so that might be the reason why.
