Hey Guys,

I just took off a keg of Stoudt's Fat Dog (3/4 full). This stuff was great except one thing. It gave me and everyone that drank it a KILLER headache. (Not over imbibing either) Yes, I know it's 9%. I had two and was in pain the entire next day. Other experienced this too. I'm not saying this was the beer.

I cleaned the system, coupler, faucet etc. Rewashed my glasses. We just finished a keg of Storm King with no issues.

I called Stoudt's and they said there were no bad batches and to return it for a swap or refund (Great Company).

Do you think that I am not rinsing my lines good enough after a clean. I run about a gallon of water through after I let the CleanFlo from Micromatic sit for like 5 minutes.

Thanks

I've had wicked hangovers from drinking a single beer. Every time when I look back on it I realize I was very likely dehydrated at the time. Was everyone doing something athletic beforehand, and maybe didn't drink enough water?

Just hoping to offer a more benign alternative. :)
