I recently brewed the Black Forest Stout from the BCS book. Prior to adding the cherries in secondary, it's essentially just a chocolate stout (1 lb unsweetened cocoa per 10 gallons). I've split the batch and 5 gallons will continue on its way to becoming chocolate and cherries...

I thought it would be fun to get your input. What do you think I should do with the remaining 5 gallons? I've found some banana, coconut, and mint extract at Wally-World, I figured oak would be kinda cool, bourbon maybe? I dunno.
