Burnt a hole in my propane hose of my Bayou Classic burner on it's first use. Can it be salvaged? Can I just replace the hose and hook it up to the 30 psi regulator although it looks like you would need a special compression clamping tool in order to do this. Would tape suffice (it is a rather large hole 2 inches). Thanks for the help.

You could do the hose clamp thing. Personally I'd invest in the stainless steel version of the hose for added safety so you don't do that again.

Both great ideas. I didn't know they had stainless propane hoses. Thanks again.
