Barleywine yeast favorites?

I am just working on my second barleywine of the evening, and decided to get on the internet.did I mentiom

I made a barleywine a little over a year ago and think it turned out fantastic. I used a yeast cake from a pale ale using wlp001. Honestly, many of my pale brews have used this yeast and it might be a good time to see what else is out there? Did I mention I mention I have been drinking this barleywine?

What would you recommend for the next batch that will age for another year?
 
Well, I'm even farther behind than you. I just used WLP007 and dropped from 1.145 to 1.040...so it did it's job (that's 13.2% ABV). I plan on racking to secondary and adding WLP099 Super High Gravity...just to dry it out a little more and then try to patiently wait till Christmas
